Is there a minimum order volume?
Yes. We work with brands shipping a minimum of 200 orders per day. That volume lets us reserve warehouse space, staff and carrier capacity for you, so every order leaves within 24 hours.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from our warehouses in China and Hong Kong with 3–5 day delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Other regions, such as Canada and Australia, are available on request with their own delivery times.
Can I use my own suppliers?
Yes. We can take over your existing suppliers or find better ones for you.
How do payments work?
You hold one balance with Ecomari Limited in Hong Kong, in USD or EUR. From that balance we pay your suppliers in CNY or HKD, and we invoice fulfillment and shipping costs against it. You see every payment, exchange rate and fee on a single statement.
How fast can I start?
Most brands are live within 7 days. Day 1 is onboarding and connecting your Shopify store, the next days we receive and check your inventory, and once your stock is in our warehouse your first orders ship within 24 hours.
